TOPIC:  Enhancing Relationships in Your Organizational Zoo

SPEAKER: Arthur Shelley

Improving Behavioral Performance among Team Members

Organizations are like Zoos, they are an artificial environment full of display animals (behavioural stereotypes) that collectively create the character of the environment.  Understanding these animals and the relationships between them enable us to leverage the diversity and get the right behaviors in the right roles to have a more balanced and productive workplace.  The concept of The Organizational Zoo has been successfully applied in workplaces and is the title of the international book by Arthur Shelley.  Mr. Shelley will be doing this webinar online from his residence in Australia.

Arthur will present a thought provoking and entertaining workshop which will change the way you think about your workplace forever and enable you to creatively enhance relationships between team members.

Arthur Shelley is the author of The Organizational Zoo A Survival Guide to Workplace Behavior.  Visit www.organizationalzoo.com
