"Initiatives for Your IT Career Advancement"
Speakers: George C. Hairston and Charles Hairston

When was the last time you performed an assessment of your career and life situation? Are you passionate about your job and career, or are you just working for a paycheck? Are your education, training, academic degrees and knowledge and skill competitive and up-to-date? If not, you may be relegated to a permanent lack of success. Please recognize that you are engaged in a "career war" -- battling for success! Health check-up's are critical to maintaining a healthy physical well-being. Likewise, in order to have a successful career, you need to perform regular career assessments. Such an assessment should include the following questions:

How compatible and congruent are your career Vision and career "calling" or passion?
How detailed and action-oriented is your career execution plan?
Does your resume convey your most desirable and most powerful market image?
How concise, clear and effective is your "Elevator Speech"?
how well-trained are you in the ability to perform well in an interview?

To hear more from Prof. Hairston and Mr. Hairston come and join us for dinner.

Prof. George C. Hairston is the Executive Director/Founder of Success Warriors, Inc. He is the producer of the blog spot Vision2Exel and a Director of Marketing & Admissions, Nyack College-DC. He has extensive experience as a Small Business (Entrepreneur) Advisor, an Adjunct College Professor, a Lifelong Youth Success Coach and a National Motivational Public Speaker. Prof Hairston also is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (GE).
