BETF is thrilled to have Blendoor CEO Stephanie Lampkin as a guest on the December 8th episode of the BDPA iRadio Show.

Stephanie Lampkin has a powerful BDPA legacy. In 2001, she was a member of the High School Computer Competition (HSCC) trained by BDPA Washington DC chapter. She graduated from Stanford University in 2006 with a degree in Management Science & Engineering.  Her first full-time job was as a technology account manager for Microsoft. In 2011, she left Microsoft to pursue her masters degree at MIT.

From that point her entrepreneurial urge was strong. She founded Blendoor which created a mobile job-matching application that helps connect tech companies to qualified women, veteran and underrepresented minority candidates. She moved to the west coast to be in the Silicon Valley. She has been a whirlwind crowdfunding tour and successfully won hundreds of thousands of dollars in investment from a variety of sources.

BDPA iRadio Show would love to hear about Stephanie's journey and her insights and wisdom to others who think about being an entrepreneur in the technology arena.
